I just started this workout because it’s been a while since I worked out then I can tell it’s doing me some good
I did everything ezzzzzz and I did normal pushups and wall push-ups too ezzz for me and I’m olny 10😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤😢😅😊😊😊😊
Hello this is day one of my one month challenge what this means is that for the rest of this month I will do these exact exercises so until October I will be doing this. Day 1
Day 2 I’m calling it the daily 100 cause the first day went so well decent progress so far
Day 4 I couldn’t do day 3 cause I was so sore I could barely move
50 push-ups
50 body squats
50 lunges
50 second wall sit
50 second plank
Equals the daily 50
Push ups are on the wall too??
