  1. Bang for your buck: Pre-workout and Protein Powder.

    Most Pre-workout supplements already contains creatine and caffeine.

  2. Fish oil is great for joint pain at least. My hand was killing me for weeks until I started taking fish oil 10/10 recommend to a friend

  3. Liquid ecstasy…….in 3 months of just taking it on weekends went from a 9min mile to a 6 min mile…..
