  1. This is extremely low fat. Please don’t eat low fat. Your testosterone and libido will tank. Add olive oil, grass fed butter, red meat.

  2. This should be how everyone eats most of the time, but celebrity chefs and cooking shows have twisted peoples mind on eating.
