How, you ask? Eat clean (whole or minimally processed) foods, cut out added sugars and drink more water. Try to focus on lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and seeds, and lots of veggies. Clean eating is flexible and all about balance. Cutting out the processed ingredients is what makes such a difference. I’m happy to share more information if you have any questions.   1. I only ate two boil egg w rice (rice should be as big as my fist. Small portion) in the morning around 5:00 or 6:00 am. For lunch I only drink a protein shake (go jogging for 30min). Later for dinner if I’m hungry I’ll just eat one cucumber with 2 boil egg.

    I was at 460 pound down to 120 pound.
