  3. Hello this is day one of my one month challenge what this means is that for the rest of this month I will do these exact exercises so until October I will be doing this. Day 1
    Day 2 I’m calling it the daily 100 cause the first day went so well decent progress so far
    Day 4 I couldn’t do day 3 cause I was so sore I could barely move
