  1. Do 20k steps a day at work couldn’t lose weight intil i cut carbs and ate more protein 3 weeks done 12 pounds strength still there power lifting

  2. 2g of protein per lbs of bodyweight? Im 250lbs. So i would eat 500 grams of protein a day, while also somehow eating only 2500 calories a day? What a bozo.
